Yes. Our DIY kits include everything you need to build a complete aquascape — substrate, hardscape, plants, livestock, and step-by-step assembly guides. No prior experience needed.

Fish are individually bagged in breather bags with species-appropriate water, placed in insulated styrofoam containers with heat or cold packs depending on the season.

Yes, with precautions. We use heat packs and insulated packaging. If temperatures at your destination are dangerously low, we'll hold the shipment and notify you until conditions are safe.

Live specimens ship via overnight or express courier. Equipment and supplies ship standard (1–5 business days depending on your location).

We offer a 100% live arrival guarantee. Photograph the specimen in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery, email us with your order number, and we'll issue a full refund or replacement within 24 hours.

Due to the nature of live animals, we cannot accept returns on livestock. All live sales are final, covered by our live arrival guarantee.

Unopened, unused equipment and supplies can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us to initiate a return.
